We guarantee eggs to arrive in good condition. We do not accept returns or refunds on poultry products unless a problem arises due to shipping.

Please specify a range of acceptable dates with your order. We do our best to meet the scheduled shipment date. After receiving the order, we will contact you by email with a ship date. Expect your order to arrive in one to three days from the shipping date. If we are unable to provide eggs on the scheduled day, you can choose to reschedule or receive a refund or schedule another day. We ship eggs on Mondays and Fridays. We fill orders on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is important to place your paid order as soon as possible to get the best chance at earlier ship dates. Please let us know if you are willing to accept any substitutions to have a quicker ship date.
