We hand churn all our butters from raw Simmental milk, washed meticulously to purify the fats. We incorporate seasonal aromatics from the farm into our butters, including wild garlic, thyme, sages, or seasonal mushrooms.

Once opened, keep away from sunlight at room temperature and consume within 4-5 months, or store in a refrigerator for up to 2 years. Sold in 250 g portions.
Please specify a range of acceptable dates with your order. We do our best to meet the scheduled shipment date. After receiving the order, we will contact you by email with a ship date. Expect your order to arrive in one to three days from the shipping date. We fill orders on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is important to place your paid order as soon as possible to get the best chance at earlier ship dates.
