Erim Çiftliği is an ex-situ conservation and propagation site for wild species of vegetables and fruits. We hand-pick our wild specimens, only propagate through seed-collection and cuttings, and only cultivate what grows wild within  Northern Ankara. We update our products according to seasonal availability.
